What are my securities?
  • The investment is made in the parent company Meidar-GanEden Ltd. instead of in a specific project. Therefore, the parent company is liable and not each single project.
  • A separate bank account and company is set up for each project.
  • The accompanying bank in Israel grants up to 80% as a loan and functions as a trustee from that moment on.
  • Meidar-GanEden Ltd. has a contractual obligation towards the investor. In addition, Meidar-GanEden Ltd. not only has stable disbursement agreements with the construction companies, but also owns shares in them.
  • 4 partner companies of Meidar GanEden vouch for the investors and secure sufficient liquidity inside the company to comply fully and on time with the contracts of our investors.
  • Every project is insured against disasters of any kind (war, terror, water, earthquake, etc.).
Does the COVID-19 pandemic affect construction or real estate projects in Israel?

No. Quite the contrary. The Israeli government has decided, despite lockdown and precautionary measures, to continue all construction work across Israel, because Israel expects a large wave of immigration in the coming years.

What happens in unforeseen events?

All real estate projects are insured against earthquakes, fire or war damage and do not affect your investment. The Israeli government covers 100% of all damage created by terror or war. There is a special fund in the government set aside to make sure no Israeli citizens have to pay for the restoration of a damaged building.

How much transfer fees or expenses do I have to expect?

Since you transfer to one of our accounts in Europe, you do not have to pay any international transfers, just 0.5% bank administration fee of the investment amount.

How can I help make Israel bloom?

With your investment you support the construction of new homes for new immigrants, young families and students in Israel. Your money will be used as equity for the construction projects mentioned and, depending on the term, will be repaid after three to five years.

Can I also visit the projects in person?

This is possible at any time. We would be happy to inform you on site about the entire project and the location, which you are welcome to visit.
